Terms & Conditions of Harrison & Grace
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-Off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Day: A calendar day.
Continuous Performance Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services where delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over time.
Durable Medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or seller to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Seller / Merchant: The legal or natural person offering products and/or services to consumers through distance selling.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded within an organized system for distance selling using one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract.
Means of Distance Communication: Any means that allows a contract to be concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the consumer and seller.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Harrison & Grace and to every distance contract and order concluded between Harrison & Grace and the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of a distance contract, the text of these Terms & Conditions is made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms & Conditions may be made available electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in the event of a conflict.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Situations not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding. Harrison & Grace reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers.
Product descriptions are accurate and detailed to allow proper evaluation. Images are representative but may not exactly reflect colors or details.
All specifications and images are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or contract termination.
Each offer clearly states:

Payment, delivery, and fulfillment methods

Whether the right of withdrawal applies

Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes the checkout process.
Electronic acceptance is confirmed by email. Until confirmation, the consumer may cancel the order.
Harrison & Grace implements appropriate security measures for electronic payments and data transmission.
Harrison & Grace reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment capacity or legitimacy is in question.
The consumer receives, on a durable medium:

Warranty and after-sales service details
Contracts are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel their purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Products must be handled carefully and returned in original condition where reasonably possible.
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing (email) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be shipped within 30 days after notification.
Proof of return shipment is required. Returns may be sent directly to our international supplier.
Failure to comply with these timelines makes the purchase final.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, including international return shipping to the country of origin.
Refunds are issued within 30 days after receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized products

Perishable items

Hygiene products with broken seals

Products with fluctuating market prices

Opened software, audio, or video recordings
Article 9 – Prices
Prices remain valid during the stated offer period unless legally required changes occur.
Harrison & Grace is not responsible for typographical pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.
Import taxes, customs duties, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 10 – Product Conformity & Warranty
Products conform to reasonable quality standards and descriptions.
Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty does not apply if damage results from misuse, modifications, or external conditions.
Article 11 – Delivery & Fulfillment
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, or force majeure.
If fulfillment becomes impossible, Harrison & Grace may offer a replacement or refund.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Subscription & Ongoing Contracts
Consumers may cancel indefinite subscriptions at any time with a maximum one-month notice.
Fixed-term subscriptions cannot be automatically renewed without consumer consent.
Trial subscriptions end automatically unless otherwise stated.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed during checkout.
Consumers must report payment inaccuracies promptly.
In case of non-payment, Harrison & Grace may charge reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.
Complaints are handled within 30 days. If additional time is required, the consumer will be informed.
If unresolved, the dispute may proceed to formal resolution.
Article 15 – Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
